What happens if the size of vitallusPLUS® is not right?

For most customers, the recommended size of the vitallusPLUS® cylinder and compression sleeve ensures an optimal fit. However, in very rare cases it may be necessary to slightly correct the size of vitallusPLUS®. In that case, please send the sealed products with a precise indication of the reasons and your current measurements. If there is a failure on our part, we will replace the product for free.

Are the vitallusPLUS®materials safe?

The vacuum cylinder vitallusPLUS® extender is made of very flexible and lightweight PE fluoroplastic which is also used in biomedical engineering. The compression sleeve is made of 100% natural latex and should be used with caution if you have a latex allergy.

What is the compression sleeve for?

The custom latex compression sleeve vacuum extender vitallusPLUS® holds the tissue as in a corset, making it virtually rule out the appearance of excessive sagging skin, vascular lesions, bruising or accumulation of lymphatic fluid. It also allows defining whether you want a marked expansion of the desired length, girth or both features at once.

What happens if fluid gets (eg urine) in the electronic vacuum pump?

vitallusPLUS® can not be used in case of incontinence. The device is only suitable for sucking air and not for extraction of aggressive, flammable or explosive gases. Do not use the device to suck up water or other liquids. Make sure the inside of the air intake hose connected is always dry and free of moisture. Do not expose the device to rain or use it in a damp or wet environment.
Connect the pump only with the supplied plug (voltage converter 230 V – 12 V) to the mains. This ensures that an electric shock does not occur if fluids penetrate into the appliance. In that case, remove the device.

What is the best way to clean vitallusPLUS®?

The vacuum cylinder vitallusPLUS® extender is made of very flexible and light PE fluoroplastic that can be deformed by heat. To maintain the shape, use warm water and a small amount of detergent to clean the compression sleeve. Is vitallusPLUS® sent in discreet packaging?

Of course, vitallusPLUS® is sent in a discreet white cardboard box. The neutral address of “m2 company” appears as the sender.

What do I do if a part is defective?

We give a guarantee of 12 months, subject to intended use of the device, for the electric vacuum pump, the voltage converter and timer. Send us only the defective part with an indication of the defect. We will repair the device or send you a new one.

Can operating noise of the vacuum pump interfere with sleep?

In the rare case that it might bother you (in very noise sensitive people), you can easily extend the hose and place the device in another room (dry environment).

Who is vitallusPLUS® not suitable for?

Overall, vitallusPLUS® should not be used after consuming alcohol or ingesting drugs and painkillers, sleeping pills and sedatives, as these may affect the natural feeling of pain.

Do not use the vacuum extender vitallusPLUS® in case of infection or open wounds on the penis, if you have hemophilia, tendency to bruising or lymphatic congestion, as well as a vein or connective tissue weakness. Can the pump vacuum cause injuries from the electric vacuum?

No. The vacuum pump electric vacuum has been reduced to -100 mbar specifically for vitallusPLUS®, so it is not possible that injuries may appear not even when it is used for long hours (assuming a healthy penis).

How often should I use vitallusPLUS® for visible results?

To achieve a permanent penis enlargement, you must use vitallusPLUS® between 4 and 8 hours daily for at least 6 months.

What are the differences between vitallusPLUS® and so called stretcher devices?

Is the principle of vitallusPLUS® known in medicine?
