Professional shipping:

• Our quality products are shipped quickly and safely with care.
• To receive your shipment in perfect condition, we use cardboard boxes certified in the EU and filler material that is safe for the environment.
• You will be informed automatically about the status of your order and receive a tracking number.

Shipping costs:

• We ship to Germany, EU, Switzerland, Norway and around the world.
• In all countries, shipping costs vary greatly. Please use our shipping cost calculator when you have placed items in the shopping cart.

“Skillfully sent” with DHL:

• Usually we ship our products via parcel service DHL.
• You will receive a tracking code.
• Packages are also delivered on Saturdays.
• It is possible to deliver the package to a neighbor, at the desired branch or at a package station.

Short delivery times:

• Generally, our custom products are delivered between 5 and 10 days after receipt of payment.
• In Germany, delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.
• We will inform the customer if, exceptionally, we could not send the order within three weeks after receipt of the payment due to delays from our suppliers or the impossibility of making the delivery.
